Kelly is the sweetest person I think I’ve ever met, and her smile seems to confirm it. She’s always trying to better herself, because she doesn’t realize how great she already is. It’s inspirational and frustrating at the same time, because her compassion and kindness make you want to better yourself, but she has set the bar so high, it’s seemingly insurmountable. She’d be destined for greatness, except she’s too busy helping everyone else.

She challenges me in a way nobody else ever has.

She has a mind for adventure and travel, and fidgets when in one place for too long. She’s bold but not reckless, and trusts people more than she should sometimes. She’s caring and nurturing, but will let you know when you’ve done something stupid (I may hear that part more frequently than others). When I’m with her, I’m more comfortable than I’ve ever been, and the simplest things in life suddenly seem ample to fill the remaining space.

We share a dream of our future together. We don’t always agree, but don’t feel like we have to. We accept each other for our strengths, and weaknesses. She knows the worst parts about me, and loves me in spite of them. I’m honored to have her in my life, and the luckiest man in the world, because she said “Yes”. And now I countdown the days until I can say “I do”.

Oh, and I TOTALLY love her more. True story.
